Maybe if they kept the pit the same size but with ropes it would be more tolerable. I don't like that u can trip on the edge and call it a knock down. It's interesting cuz it's inside fighting but they need some ropes or something that fighters can slightly move around to. However, the fact that Rosado was able to KO Vera shows us that this is a completely different game.

not really. there's only 7 rounds and they're 2 mins.

compare that to 12 round 3 min slugfests.

BKB is safer for fighters, demands action and not running, each weight class only has ONE belt, the ring is very cool looking and futuristic, teh ring card girls are very nice compared to boxing, etc.

what is there not to love???????????

I don't think it's too bad, but I will always be partial towards the traditional boxing format. While the ring looks kind of unique, it's badly designed and like others have mentioned can cause dumb knockdowns.

If this takes off, then it will be very telling of what people don't like about boxing. With all the corruption and general bull**** it boxing, I wouldn't mind more competition to make them fix their **** up.

I dunno, maybe I could get into it but I hate the gloves thing either use traditional boxing gloves or wraps only like warriors. None of this in the middle crap.

I just watched a couple of more fights and the casual fans are going to love this. I really think BKB will take off and be huge.

I'm sure they will get the Curtis Stevens', Derrick Findleys, and Petr Petrovs of the boxing world to go on there.

No, as long as it is only PPV, It won't be popular. It needs to have some free cards like how UFC Does and if it does well, there's your answer in regards to popularity.
