Comments Thread For: Lucas Browne: Wilder Didn't Impress, I'd Knock Him Out!

LUCAS "BIG DADDY" BROWNE has further staked his claim for a fight with American KO artist Deontay Wilder after watching the Bronze Bomber's lacklustre display against Jason Gavern on Saturday night.

Gavern hung around for four rounds before quitting on his stool against Wilder, but was blitzed by Browne inside three rounds during 2012.

And the Aussie believes this factor shows he has the potential to defeat Wilder and take his place as the next in line for Bermane Stiverne's WBC heavyweight crown.

Hm, I like Browne but I don't think he would stand up to wilder. He didn 'to look too good in his last fight and gassed very quickly.

I personally felt he lost his last fight. He's a nice guy but he really needs to lose weight and let his hands go more. Provided he improved his conditioning.

I'd watch this, the chance of Wilder getting caught by Big Daddy's powerful jab sending him into a chicken dance oblivion, How could you say no?

I guess he didn't get the memo like the rest of us did that wilder was toying with this guy and trying to get a few rounds in to try some new things. What a tool this herb is trying to use that fight to try and boost his chances against Wilder. Bronze Bomber will cupcake this boy.

ha ha everyone wants to be Wilders step up in class opponent, but whos Lucas Browne? Hed probably be a step down, although Wilder has not the greatest resume he has fought a few people who were supposed to test him but didn't.

But Wilder probably let his last fight go on a bit longer to get some experience. But im not sure that opponent Wilder will learn anything from, Wilders sparring partners like haye are probably more worthwhile.
