Porter beat a B level fighter in Alexander. He also beat a C level in Malinaggi.
His style and gameplan didn't work out well against Brook, another B level fighter.

Clearly American Boxing is the Standard and even the people who hate them think so which is why the rejoice and make a big deal about beating an American Boxer even the ones who are not even that good. I was going for Kell Brook and I am from the US, I posted on this forum before the fight that with the right strategy he had a great chance of winning while people from his own Country said he would get "BLOWN AWAY" so not sure why people trying to make it about Country and styles now

So don't come on here now like you knew Kell would win and try to make it about US vs UK especially when many from the UK said Kell would lose.

I seem many fans from the US Question Porter and question if he is taking PED's

Thread starter is a little insecure I think. Finally a British fighter beats an American and it's supposed to mean Americans can't box anymore. Lol
Then goes on to say Crawford can't box and won due to athleticism against Gamboa. Lol...... what a sham.

To be honest the home crowd made it about uk vs USA. People were chanting kell's name and got drowned out by guys chanting USA USA. Which tbh is an annoying trend in boxing at times.

I immediately disregarded the op when he mentioned Crawford. He looks to be the next big thing although it'd still to early to tell. And this is coming from a Scottish guy. Crawford is different from the norm. He went into burns' backyard and beat him for the belt. A lot of American fighters don 't do that do I can only respect Crawford. And he dismantled gamboa

I can agree with this. I come from the uk and while I'm proud of the fact that we produce a lot of good fighters considering the size of our country, I think a lot of guys from the uk really forget just how large the us is. Any country that large where boxing is popular is bound to have a very large talent pool. Hence why there are so many good champions from the USA (except danny, he's 100% Puerto Rican)
