Wilder's camp are throwing his ass to the wolves in this title fight,he is in no way prepared for this upcoming fight, just as Price had his mental collapse n the ring against Thompson.gonna be a sad sight watching the same happen to Wilder when he realises world class opponents don't fall over from the first punch and can actually trade !

Just watched the fight - Wilder looked kind of flat in his performance as Gavern seemed to elude a lot of Deontay's punches. Gavern was able to connect with some good shots of his own throughout the 4 rounds before retiring on his stool.

Some things I noticed about Wilder:

He keeps his hands extraordinarily high and has a habit of backing up directly instead of on an angle.

Wilder also looked like **** on the inside when Gavern was in close. He doesn't seem to have much of a 'inside fight game.'

If I was Stiverne watching this fight, I would be very comforted because Wilder looked very one dimensional and he lacks the inside game that Stiverne is very good at

I agree with all of this. Except for the part about it being sad when Wilder is exposed.

Youre looking forward to him being exposed ? I like him, well I don't dislike him.I just don't like to see guys like this built up to have their asses thrown to the wolves,Mitchell and Price were kinda handled the same, bombing nobodies out and not being fed any durable opposition.

I honestly think Wilder is far too raw for a title shot,he's doing all the right things bombing opponents out, talking himself up but he is in no way prepared for Stiverne.

Wilder has been protected and he talks a lot of crap. Some humbling would serve him well. Price stepped up in his 16th fight. This guy has had twice as many fights against even weaker opposition.

Wilder has 1 semi meaningful name on his resume Malik Scott, and he just seems a complete quitter. He needs someone that can actually take a shot and fight back before going into a world title.

Not that I think Stiverne is good either, just his last two fights are better quality then Wilders entire fight history.

                    We shall see I suppose..
