It could also be accumulation of punishment over Vera's career. He's been stopped before, taken thousands of punches and his chin finally gave out on him. Rosado isn't feather-fisted and the fight took place at 160 so he wasn't drained at all.

Originally that's how it was. Also bkb stood for bare knuckle boxing.
