Khan's last big/meaningful win was back in 2010, he is in no position to be asking for big fights right now.

It's only 'life-changing' when you haven't seen that type of money. Outside of Floyd, Manny and possibly Marquez, Khan is the most wealthiest in the division. By your logic, Alexander & co aren't fit to be offering him anything. Lastly, fighting Mayweather isn't a payday, Khan got the same as Maidana even though he was fighting on the undercard.
