This is why i believe he is a step up.

      1)More durable fighter then geale
      2) has fought better competition then geale, and thats very important in rubio's preperation for this fight.....which is why is confidence is at an all time high....geale has beaten sum good euro fighters that not many even know about, and barker is = to lemieux imo...your gonna disagree so what do you think?

I agree that it can be seen as a step up. After upset of Canadian prospect and a tough fight with Jr Rubio gained reputation of a tough fighter that can ****. One thing - many where considering Geale as a toughest GGG opponent. One thing they where saying - Geale is very durable and as tough as it gets. Let's see what people would say about Rubio after his fight with Golovkin.

Remember that Rubio was flattened in one round by Kofi Jantuah at lightmiddleweight so can be caught and lost every single round vs Pavlik and ended up quitting in the 9th round and has never come close to being a champion so i disagree. Geale has gone to Germany twice one of the hardest places in the world to get a decision and took 2 titles. Rubio fought better opposition but has lost literally every time he stepped up bar David lemieux who lost his next fight after Rubio vs journeyman Joachim Alcine who only lasted one round with Macklin so the win flattered to deceive when Alcine beat Lemieux clearly after 12 rounds who himself is a lightmiddleweight.

Confidence is always good, but this guy has no defense. Easy KO for GGG.

This won't be a fight in which Golovkin takes a punch to land a bomb. Can't take that risk with Rubio. Rubio's best chances are early on while Golovkin is measuring his power and threat level...once he figures out how hard Rubio can hit or can't he's going to try to get him out of there. For either man's sake hope neither one runs into a nyquil punch.
