Not really, he's close to 40 and Porter brings nothing for his Legacy or Resume. It should be Pac and if its close which i think it would be a rematch with Pac again that's the biggest money fight to make and the biggest name to put on his Resume.

It's Floyd's opinion. I kinda agree. PPVs will always sell better when there's some kind of historic rivalry. Black fighters vs hispanic fighters or US vs UK, PR vs Mexico. Black vs. black doesn't tend to sell as well.

I mentioned Shane Mosley in my first post. His reasoning for delaying that fight was using this logic.

If you're referring to Black fighters not selling as well, that's true to an extent (Mayweather is Black, after all). But I believe the el ******o comment made was "Mayweather doesn't like fighting Black fighters." That doesn't go hand in hand. I think this is the same guy who chose Zab over Baldomir initially because of money. So it's about green, and not skin color.

Baldomir was an Argentine journeyman and I'm pretty sure Mayweather tried to make that fight first but said he priced himself out or something. He was willing to fight Ricky Hatton over Zab and Hatton had never even fought in the US. It's what he thinks will sell and as a rule, he doesn't think black vs black sells.
