      I can see it now....

      1. Brook happens to upset Porter and wins the IBF title
      2. Brook calls out Floyd
      3. Floyd accepts the challenge and sees a chance to unify the division
      4. Khan b*tches and moans until May '16

Khan said he'd never fight for an IBF title again after they screwed him over with PEDerson.

Khan is in no position to put up barriers for other fighters. He has work to do himself, that's why Floyd didn't fight him because he brought nothing to the table. No belt, no P4P rankings.

Also this mindset that he shouldn't fight Brook because of his resume is utterly retarted. With that logic then no one would ever take dangerous fights, because his opponent never 'stepped up'.
I was just making your point earlier this week. There are some Khan fans that see no need for him to fight Thurman, and that Alexander or Guerrero are good opponents. They were good opponents, but now that Guererro struggled with Kamegai, and Alexander already lost to Porter, Thurman is the best man available. Somehow Khan fans feel it's okay to fight a "tick-over" fight, and get Mayweather, when guys like Porter and Thurman are working their way through the WW division. and if Floyd wanted a good 140lb fighter to move up to the WW division, wouldn't it be Danny Garcia and not Amir Khan? Garcia just had an avg. of 830K viewers fighting Rod Salka, and beat Khan and Matthysse, and maybe Peterson next. Khan better get busy!

And what or who has Thurman done that is so worthy of such elevated status?
He's done nothing, yet you put him over Khan simply because he's flavour of the month.

Khan is right, if Brook loses tomorrow night than what is the point of fighting him? None.

Maybe you've been watching the wrong fighter.
