I don't think he's gonna fight anybody he feels is on a lower level than him. He's not getting Pacquiao again or Mayweather. Cotto is too high in weight. Idk who he can fight.

He is waiting on Arum. The dude only wants to pit certain fighters against an inner circle of other fighters. It will be a Provid rematch or Alvarado....possibly Rios but they should announce something within the next month.
