Because he hasn't got rounds it's really hard to say. The power looks legit and I think he could beat Stiverne and maybe even Wlad if he can land something big early, but I'm convinced that any title reign he has will be a short one. He can't rely on landing first forever.

Damn Cornflake just put it on him in the first vid, and even if he didn't appear to be in the best of shape Arreola was hanging with him in the second vid.
Seriously, his shoddy defense will be his downfall.

After this tune up fight this Saturday, I think he'll take on stiffer competition after. It all leads to the HW title.

perfectly summed up Wilder. nuff said
He needs to want to be the best and seek out the better opposition. Say what you want about Haye but at least there was a time when he strived to be the best heavyweight in his era

                Really...

Let's exclude WK and drop say, Bermane in against, hell Joe Frazier.

Or Wilder in with say.. Ken Norton?

I have a funny feeling the fights wouldn't last very long.

In fact I have a funny feeling somebody would get knocked out very quickly.

                Any guesses which ones?

Who did those old timers beat again?

Yes it's tough... Yesterdays CHAMPS and top opponents would pose no greater threat to top contenders and champs today than todays journeymen would. They would BE the journeymen!

                And that's not even considering a K.

Want to argue facts? Let's go!

But I'll expect you'll want to drop it now.

Wilder is manufactured today, that's true.

But his competition is still MUCH better than much previous eras had.

And yes, even in the 90's, Wilder would still be a factor, he's like the Michael Grant of the 10's kinda.

Grant as you'll remember was also much better than given credit for after his loss to Lewis.

Oguendo and Chagaev fought for a WBA regualr title....Kayode/Ortiz is fighting for an interim title.

Wilder will win a paper belt
