    He can retire right now if he wants, no big deal. Probably wants to accumulate enough money to live comfortably for the future. Nothing wrong with that, but he doesn't seem to have that desire and excitement for the sport.

      Still need to see Gambia vs Mikey! That would be a hell of a fight! HBO needs to make this happen to keep its edge over Showtime as far as making some of the hardcore best rights of the year.

          He'll be 31-32 years old in 5 years, should be around the time most fighters should start hanging them up.

            Well it's no secret that boxing was far from Mikey's first choice for a career but he was "naturally" talented at it as they say, so he pursued it. Under those circumstances im not surprised at all that he already has retirement on his mind
