That's exactly how fighters get brain damaged... from taking prolonged punches from softer punchers over 12rds versus a one-punch KO that'll lay you out.1 big punch is a lot healthier then +600 softer punches all night long.

I reckon this will be on fox sports
Truax fight was 3 years ago!!! That win dont count anymore... Taylor is DONE!

It's ok to fight Jermain, it should be a 10 round fight! How does Taylor qualify for a title fight when he hasn't fought anyone in the divisions top ten?
He fought at the end of last year and beat a fellow who was 30-12 or something!
This is what hurts this sport.............there is no qualifying for a title shot its pick and choose who's the least dangerous at the time. No offense to Jermain
but he needs to earn the right to get a title not walk in the back door!

Soloman might not have enough power to stop Taylor.

Actually, Soliman is one of the worst opponents someone with a brain bleeding can face. His very high workrate and lack of a big punch means that a sustained beating is more likely than if he were a ****er, and sustained beatings are typically how tragedies occur.

I'm hoping Jermain Taylor wins this fight. It would be awesome to see him get his career back on track, I'm hoping he's been taking all this extremely serious because he looked terrible in the Super Six tournament.
