i don'tt hink taylor should be licensed to fight.

it's very clear that damage to his brain has caused his skills and athletic abilities to deteriorate.

if he is going to fight, i prefer that he fight guys like soliman. soliman has literally no power, and isn't likely to hurt jermain, even with an accumulation of shots.

I really hope Taylor and Pat Burns come together and make the most of this big opportunity.

What a joke? What has jermaine Taylor do to deserve a title shot. There's other contenders out there.

The good news (which is really bad news) is Taylor had beem medically cleared to fight. New York is pretty strict when it comes to prior brain injuries and he's passed all the tests. So really there isn't anything anyone can do to prevent him from fighting since he's been approved to be medically fit.

I agree fighting guys like Soliman isn't that bad and probably not much of a risk for Taylor. The problem is if he wins. How will New York feel about Taylor vs Quillin? Especially after what happened to Mago. Pretty damn nervous I'm sure.

Taylor wins, he's way past his best but the MW division is very poor right now, full of poor titlist aside from Golovkin, and a small title holder in Cotto. If Taylor loses this fight, he really has to retire.

If Taylor wins what happens? The thought of that scares me.
