Hearn's in LA, I doubt he even knows about it. He said on a video today that the money isn't there to fight Golovkin, when it is, the fight can happen (whether one believes him or not is another question). Froch would really have to want that fight badly for it to happen next.

At this point in time, financially DeGale and Kessler are still bigger fights than Golovkin in the UK.

Froch deserves his easy money grab vs Chavez Jr. He has one the most ridiculous resumes of his time in a short period of time. I prefer him to fight Golovkin and I would even support a trilogy with Kessler. But I can't be mad at Froch for wanting that big PPV fight with Chavez Jr. Both him and Ward deserve a big pay day.

doesn't look like he'll be the leading candidate (at least votes wise) for much longer. They put chavez up a couple of hours before GGG so he had a big lead but at the current rate GGG will surpass him. Yesterday the gap was over 3000, now it's just gone under 300 and is still closing.

Will they delete it before GGG takes the lead or end up with a case where the fans have said GGG but he does a floyd and fights chavez anyway?

I'd be happy enough with a chavez fight, froch deserves a soft touch and a big payday ... but I'd LOVE a GGG fight.

It would also be a hell of a fight tbf, almost guarenteed a slugfest.

The GGG fight would be great, but there are more obstacles; is GGG ready to go to 168? Fight location? Is it a PPV? etc...

Whatever fight gets made is cool, Carl is the man.

He's the leading candidate with or without the poll.

Well, at least fans create the situation where he would need to consider what fight is more fan-friendly and may potentially fill in a big arena in the UK. Just think if Chavez is going to pull Chavez and refuse a new TR offer, then what?

Voting certainly creates an impact, although the least one after money and risks.

                  Lol I prefer vs GGG

People talking like Froch would KO Chavez, cmon lol who has ever KO'd Chavez? Who's ever even dropped him?

Shame Chavez doesn't carry that power and finisher ability of his father because if he did, Froch would be in for a nightmare.

I could do with a few million quid I'll throw my hat in the ring.
In fact it'd be on the preferred list of things to do for a few million.
He'll I'll even fly to Vegas.
                    I'm currently 0-0-0.
Some might say a bit of an unknown quantity, low risk fight though.
I weigh around 12 stone (168) by January I could be in some sort of shape.
One stipulation he isn't allowed to throw that punch that did groves.

Shows that the domestic clash with Degale isn't nearly as big as the others, Froch is correct in saying that it seems. Shame that he would make the least money fighting Golovkin and the Chavez fight is looking impossible because of Arum's shenanigans. He'll probably either retire or just appease Hearn and take the Degale fight.
