It sure seems like an obvious and easy fight to make if team Alexander is willing. Why couldn't Golden Boy get a better fight for Garcia? Golden Boy is making some good fights but they could do much better. Is Haymon really working for the many fighters he is supposed to be working for and trying to get them all the best possible fights? It sure doesn't look like it. I never heard of one guy representing such a large number of fighters. If he represents Thurman he sure hasn't done much for him. It seems like Haymon is often keeping good fights from happening.

People in the media need to do some digging why this fight is not happening.

Are we to believe that Thurman has no power at all in making this fight happen?

That's why people need to stop saying nobody wants Thurman. Alexander does.

It's a ranked opponent, that makes it a step up.

I think Alexander is completely average and was out boxed by Porter, but it's still a step in the right direction.

Thurman can call the name of any fighter, but Haymon is in charge so it's pointless.

Makes sense, but since Thurman is a Haymon fighter he'll probably be fed a terrible opponent.

I wouldn't say Porter outboxed Alexander so much as he muscled the **** out of him in a bar fight.
