Shouldn't we be thanking Al Haymon for the card this weekend?

I feel like Haymon can get hated on this site often about how he protects his fighters, which there is some truth to. But this card this weekend is something that we can all enjoy. Great card of fights, not like the boxing of 2007-2009 I really appreciate the fight cards Golden Boy/Haymon is putting on. I mean Dirrell-Bika? then Wilder fightin a chump but I'd rather he be on there then not at all....Then Brook coming across the Atlantic?! Great card making me excited for Saturdays whereas I remember a few years back I tuned in right before main event time.

It's a good card, bika vs dirrel is an excellent fight

The first fight was really exciting

I think bika wins on sheer will and determination

Brook porter went to a purse bid didn't it? Or they would have stripped him in the least. Wilder VA a high school teacher is phenomenal. ..bika vs dirrell is a good one at least.

They had to make the Brook fight or it would've gone to purse bid. Nothing to do with Haymon.

Al has given us some good and al has given us some bad. When the year is over we can judge completely. So far, 2014 has been pretty bland.

Frankly, Floyd v manny, the thrilla in manila, and hagler v hearns on the same card doesn't make up for last week.

Stacked Card no doubt, I think the Figueroa fight will steal the show but yes good bounce back from that joke of a card from last week. Realistically, neither network even has the budget to give fans big fights EVERY WEEK so yes we will get **** cards to go with the good cards to fill dates

Figueroa vs Estrada was another bout that was ordered by the WBC. Another fight Haymon had nothing to do with. But lets give Haymon the credit.

So he's giving us 1 good fight out of 3.

                    Wooot!
