This guy is clearly not in control. Haymon is. Espinoza is probably just part of an elaborate deal hatched by Haymon and would just serve as a media rep. He's probably even lucky Haymon picked him. He's basically a nobody without Haymon.
It's a fake account, like the Sony CEO twitter page. Some guy is trolling, and doing it in epic fashion I might add. The Rick Ross and Sam Cassell comment is pure gold, that had me lol'ing for real.
The ones in the OP are the real one I think. The OP one has like 7k followers and the other one doesn't have more than 100
