People are brushing off fights like Ruslan because he "simply isn't good enough" and that fight isn't worth talking about. Yet those same people think Garcia gets outboxed by Hererra again, Postol and Khan in a rematch.......


If Ruslan can hurt Tim Bradley and Mauricio Herrera badly...... (boxers) how the hell can anybody say Ruslan would be easy work for Garcia? Since when is Danny Garcia a boxer like Tim Bradley or Herrera? His style is nothing like those- if anything, his style is similar to Ruslans. Except he got rocked and hurt by an old shot Judah, and Ruslan has a granite chin

Same as the Matthysse fight IMO and actually I think Matthysse is not only better than Provodnikov but has more overall SKILLS.


It is not about Garcia being some "MASTER BOXER" it is a about STYLES and STYLES MAKE FIGHTS, I think Garcia stylistically someone like Provodnikov would be a better match up for HIS STYLE more so over some of the others at 140.

Why are people getting upset because they can't get others to HATE DANNY GARCIA LIKE THEY DO! lol it is really not that serious. Rob Salka was ONE FIGHT and now that is over thank goodness, now hopefully he gets back to fighting the best

The basic question to always ask about any Garcia opponent is can he land his left hook. If he can land that punch he can beat most anyone but anyone that can take away that punch will be a big issue for him.

So going by that Provodnikov would be right up Garcia's ally because Ruslan does not avoid many punches.

I do agree it was one fight it is over now on to bigger and better things.
