    Showtime and HBO viewers

....Apparently there is no undercard being shown tonight on Showtime. The boxing coverage only goes until 10:30. With the Cotto fight coverage coming on at 10:00 on HBO and the Vargas/Mosley replay being shown first, it is obvious that people will be able to watch Lacy/Calzaghe and Cotto/Branco back to back. There is no way the fights are going to overlap each other.

I noticed that on the channel guide last night. That kicks ass. I know Cotto's gonna destroy Branco, so I wouldn't have been too upset, but I am glad that I'll get to catch both fights. I could've waited until the Cotto fight was On Demand on digital cable, but I'd much rather see it before I know the outcome. This is a wise move on HBO's part, because putting this fight up against Lacy-Calzaghe would've been career suicide. For those of you that don't have Showtime, I'd invite myself over to a friend that's got Showtime at their house. You won't want to miss this one... if you're a true boxing fan, your frien will understand, and it may get them into the best sport in history.

yeah we were always told things about Cotto shown a few clips and a think he was on sky once he was always seen as the man who Hatton would have to go for but he got Tszyu instead which was awesome.

HBO PPV - one has to pay for. But I was under impression that Showtime was free for cable users who had that chanel? This is true right?

...From the way I see it, it's going to be impossible for them to overlap. The coverage for Cotto starts at ten and they are showing Mosley/Vargas first. No way that Cotto/Branco starts before 10:30(which is when coverage ends for Lacy/Calzaghe).
