first of all the man has been in the spotlight for years and could easily have remained there had he not made the choice to retire from boxing. even so he could take his fame and use it to get a name in another industry. a lot of the attention he will get is going to be negative, it wont just affect him either but his kids as well.

most importantly this is kind of a big deal, you really think he sat down one day feeling overlooked and decided to wear womens clothing and cut his d!ck just to get attention? perhaps you wouldnt be smart enough to figure out a better way to get attention but im pretty sure maloney is or he wouldnt have been so successful as a promoter.
