I love Marquez but he should looking for big fights at 140 not 147

IMO he is the superior fighter to them, more technically sound, great counterpuncher, proven heart and chin but their is a point when size disparity overwhelms skills.

I think he matches up well with all the top junior welterweights

I know he wants a title at 147 and he would have one if they didnt screw Pacquaio against Bradley the first time. Either way if he isnt fighting Manny or Bradley he should stay away from 147, Id favor most of the top ten over him and IMO if he defeated an Alexander, Brook, Thurman,or Porter type it would be huge!!

I agree 100%. Marquez shouldn't think he's a 147pounder just because of fights with pacquiao and Bradley. Too small for strong guys like porter and Thurman. Even though he's more skilled, at his age unless he's fighting Manny he should stay away from welterweight.
