Former WBC light flyweight world champion, Adrian "Confessor" Hernandez (29-3-1, 18KOs), took some time off after losing the title in Japan to carefully reflect on his future, and he's decided to move up to the flyweight division.
Hernandez explains that in the light flyweight division his body was resenting the sacrifice of the hard sessions to maintain his weight, so now at flyweight he feels appreciably stronger and faster.
