I thought Jacobs looked bad last night, but he's been matched so soft and so in frequent that could've had alot to do with it. I think he punched himself out a bit in the 1st and intentionally coasted the next few rounds. Either way, this is the guy who said he sees flaws in Golovkin... Danny lacks a decent setup for his offense like Curtis Stevens, that ffing gym I tell you...

Quillin stops Jacobs. People give Quillin crap because he got wobbled by Rosado, but Jacobs has been put to sleep by both Pirog & Korobov.

Interesting both of these guys have mandatories with Russian fighters. Chudinov could give Jacobs hell and make him 0-3 with Russians. Where Peter at best is facing a 50-50 fight himself. Haymonomics would use a unification between the two to momentarily bypass the mando's and then the winner could face Jermain Taylor for a unification with the WBA/IBF/WBO. Of course Taylor (after he robs Soliman of a UD), will have to face the Stevens/N'Dam winner. Jermain could always retire after winning that title, I think he's mentioned that was his only goal was to win a title and retire?

Not happening. Quillin has to fight Korobov and the purse bid is ordered by the 18th. Expect that fight to get officially announced within the next few weeks

He wasn't put to sleep by Korobov, but he got dropped by a straight left and stopped on the 20 point outclass rule against him in the amateurs.

"Haymonomics", another word to add to the boxing dictionary.

Jacobs vs. Quillin would be a good match-up, and I pick PQ to win by late TKO.

Edit: just finished watching Jacobs/Fletcher. Jacobs showed he isn't an experienced finisher. He went for the kill too early and gassed a little. He's lucky Fletcher didn't pose a physical threat.

Purse bid was ordered already, so hopefully there's no way Haymon can eff it up

DJ could be the face of boxing. Hell he SHOULD be the face of boxing since he would inspire so many people.
