Jesse Vargas? Are you kidding me? That guy has arguably received gift decisions in his last two fights. Garcia would mop the floor with him. Herrera/Matthysse/Peterson are the acceptable fights. But, don't be surprised if he fights another catchweight fight under the excuse that he's working his way up to welterweight.
