Did anyone ever consider that these guys have polar opposite personalities. I'll admit I'm on one side of the tracks in this seemingly white vs black fan favorites, but I don't think it has to do with race (I'm speaking about myself, I'm sure it is racial for others.)

GGG, Kovalev and Loma, yes they are white but they also have similar personalities. All very humble guys which I appreciate. I like a guy that does all of his talking in the ring. I don't like GGG's trainer constantly saying how great he is, he annoys the **** out of me. FLoyd and Broner do the same to me. While they show their talent in the ring, they must constantly tell us how great they are. I was a big Floyd fan up until about the Mosely/Ortiz fight. Then his act just got so old and tired and he was given more and more opportunity to flaunt it. I don't need you to tell me how good you constantly, also I don't care about you making a lot of money. Broner, although I could never take listening to him I appreciated his talent during his lightweight reign until the Rees fight. Now I can't take him because he's just as loud and about half as dominating.

That being said, while I root against these guys, I wouldn't say I'm "upset about their rise"

Look at Dontaesboxingnation a very popular boxing channel and the agenda is clear, whenever someone is ducking it's always the non black fighter ducking the black fighter, he is always hyper critical of non black fighters smdh.
Yeah and he got mad that Loma got a title shot early, but if it was a black fighter who fought Orlando Salido early you know what he will say? this man is a beasT! the balls on this guy to fight a tough strong vet like Salido for a title in only his second pro fight! what fighter in history does this? it shows he doesnt want a cake walk.

That is how he would respond if Loma was black.

But instead he called Loma babied and spoiled and said other fighters deserve a shot at the title over him etc.

If anything anyone who fights for a world title in only 2nd pro fight gets props dont matter the color, especially against someone as experienced and tough as Salido. Too many boxers fight tomato cans.

Dontae was praising Gary Russell Jr too, Russell is a can beater and he never talked bad about Russell, instead he praised him and said several non black fighters were DUCKING him.

He does this to cover up the fact that Russell is being coddled or fed cans and hasn;t stepped up, so to make himself feel better and defend Gary he makes up lies like fighters are ducking him. instead of the fact that Haymon protected Russell and avoided the tough challenges like he did Berto and tried to get him to fight TBA's for good money.

          Why are they so upset?

I notice it's mainly Floyd fans/ Dontaesboxingnation/Thaboxingvoice crowd plus posters like pigsfly...

Why do they dislike seeing them dominate?

because it messes with the natural order of things.

Blacks dominate sports and boxing so when a non black athlete blows up, the black fan base become uneasy and hateful of the coverage and adulation that is heaped on said non black athletes when in their mind they have been doing it since forever.

the thing that they dont understand is, the rarity of said athletes is the reason why people make a big deal about it. its rare for an asian fighter like pacquiao to become p4p king so people will make a big deal about it. its rare for a kazak like GGG to become the middleweight king. its rare for a russian like kovalev to be the lightheavyweight king.

as if their dominance in the subject area is being threatened even though it isnt. black fans should just stop hating and let these new rare athletes and their fans have their time in sun and being on top.

its the same reason why most of the overwhelming haters of pacquiao are black.

its the same reason why most of the overwhelming haters of kovalev and GGG are black.

its the same reason why most of the overwhelming haters of jeremy lin are black.

they dont like the fact that a non black is suddenly dominating a subject area that is usually dominated by their kind. only reason why eminem didnt get so much hate from the black community was because he was smart enough to admit that if he was black he would have sold half and he had dre and 50 cent behind him.

not trying to be racist. just telling it like it is.

Exactly, this is why I said Manny Pacquiao is the modern day Jack Johnson, the shoes have changed, before it was the whites who got mad when one black fighter dominated, they called on the great white hope to beat him and said the black fighter is inferior to the white fighter.

Now that for so long blacks have been dominating boxing many of the race bias fans of Floyd act like those white racists, so they slandered Pac, and even boxers like Hopkins said only a slick black will beat Pac, yet Pac beat Bradley twice and never lost to a single black fighter he fought.

They racist floyd fanatics look at Pac the way whites looked at Jack Johnson, and are doing the same thing to guys like GGG. They don't want the sport they dominated and taken pride in to be taken over by non blacks.

Dontaeboxingnation and many race bias flowmos are like this so they keep making up lies to make themselves feel better.

hahah no chance. Blacks dominate sports that only americans care about - basketball, NFL and running. Whites (mostly europeans) dominate the world sports - soccer, powerlifting, hockey, MMA, wrestling, tennis, rugby, gymnastics etc.

But boxing used to be historically where the blacks would dominate because eastern euro's and cubans werent able to participate. Now that they can, american's (white and black) are surprised.

Well, one thing we know - Floyd is a paranoia and is especially threatened by Asians which is obvious by his racial outburst against Pac and Jeremy Lin. Not in anyone's wildest fantasies could be the envisioning of Floyd thinking to himself "Wow, how beautiful it is that an Asian has done so well in Basketball". Floyd is the opposite and seriously uncomfortable about Lin and Pac. Part of the reason for his discomfort about Pac is that Pac is from another country and gets more adulation by Americans than Floyd does. But Floyd cane blame himself. He became the bad guy with countless pinheaded statements he has made to the media about everything from women to fans to other boxing greats.

Yeah but Floyd's insecure about virtually everything so he doesnt really count. Lin and Pacquiao makes him insecure the same way the (black) mother of his children makes him insecure. I just think ragging on asian superstars and beating up women is obviously his way of dealing with his shortcomings.

He has never pointed out anything negative about any other basketball players and his racist comments about Pac draw a very strong correlation so though he may be insecure about everything, there are things that bother him more and Pac and Lin are tied by an obvious reason. He flat out does not like Asians doing well in his beloved sports.

Golovkin get more love on here than any other fighter not named Pacquiao. Saying he hasn't fought a real competitor is not racism as OP is suggesting.

Kovalev gets about the same amount of love just for being a KO artist. If he beats Hopkins by KO trust me his fans will lose their collective minds.

Lomachenko gets absolutely no hate so I don't know why his name is even in this topic other than the obvious.

The only Klitschko that get any hate on here is Wlad. When you spend 12 rounds hugging on an opponent you might as well have sex with him or you're just wasting everyone's time.
