The key is getting a quality actor. That is more important than anything else. Of course you want the actor to resemble the person they are portraying as well. Foxx can beef up enough to make it believable.

Thats a horrible idea lol. Wesley would not be able to impersonate Tyson.... at all! The guy has no personality. Jamie Foxx would at least duplicate Tyson's voice somewhat. And like I said, these guys transform their bodies like nothing.
