I really like Berto. He paid his dues and I'll be rooting for him. He has had injuries and had a country in dismay and tries to help his people. That's the definition of a fighter.

I hope he has a good return. I enjoy his fights. Never understand very well why he receives too much hate and jokes (The shoulder roll is a good one, that's true). Seems like a good guy.

For me he talks as if he's an Elite fighter and beast. He got beat by smaller fighters that moved up in weight, and those fighters weren't even elite. What does that say about Berto? Worse, he was on steroids.

i know.. berto is one of those guys i just dont understand why people hate so much. so he got over hyped, its not like thats his choice. blame the network but you cant blame berto for believing in himself and making the best of the opportunities he gets.

more importantly he is a really nice, respectful and bright guy outside the ring and he put on some of the best fights of the last 10 years. the man is one of the toughest guys in the game, yet thats another thing he gets no credit for.

Berto has always been ripped but now he doesn't have youth on his side. He looks big and muscular but many of the top guys at 147 are huge punchers and Berto will probably get stopped again sooner or later.

Just dont understand why everyone love to kick another man in the balls... Berto has been a respectable fight thru out his career. He gave the fans an action pack fight whether he wins or loses, but still everyone continue as if he did something to you personally. Win or lose Berto he came to fight and he never quits with a broke shoulder and 2 busted eyes. The man never quits.... Good luck Berto

When fighters get caught up in a steroids scandal it tends to color how people think of them. Even if they later clear their name, mud sticks. It's hard to reinstate credibility. A few wins against solid opposition would change public opinion.

Since losing the title, Berto has become a fun fighter. Guess need to give up the hating on Andre, it isn't 2010 and he isnt making a mil to fight cans anymore.

If dude gets another belt, it's going to be the hard way.
