look at it like this against Pacquaio he got swole up, against alvardo he got swole eye, and in all fight he at least has some blood marks on his face against Chaves he had absolutely nothing so either one of two things Chaves didnt hit Rios enough (which isnt the case) or Chaves doesnt hit as hard as he record or how he looks will suggest.

It could have been ruled a KD imo but the right called was made, Rios squared up his feet in front of him and pacquaio got on top of his head rocked even with out a punch landed rios was gonna go down.

I would believe that Pac does hit harder but I think Rios was just being "spiteful" as Hectari put it when he said that Chaves "hits weak". From what I recall he hit Rios with some pretty hard shots.
