I agree, mostly because he was and is a more marketable fighter within UK.
However if there is any reason why Brook is behind it has to do with management. They held him back far too long I suppose.
So much talent and skill.
Hearn likes domestic fights... lower overheads and no need to negotiate with the likes of Arum & Golden Boy. It's all about money, not necessarily a fighters career progression. He's getting better though as some of his stable are moving onto the world stage.
