Lightning" Rod Salka (19-3, 3KOs) sees no possible outcome, other than WBC/WBA 140-pound champion Danny Garcia going down. They will fight in a ten round non-title bout on Saturday night from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Salka being a huge underdog is an understatement. The lightweight contender is moving up in weight to take on the best junior welterweight in the division. Garcia has a serious edge in almost every department, but that holds no meaning to the eager Salka.

The reall funny thing is how Showtime misspells his name in their OWN video, while trying to Promote Salka. Even Showtime doesn't know who this guy is...

Maybe we should all hit up Danny Garcia's social media sites and tell him what a bum he really is for fighting a NOBODY.. Or we should just not watch the fight and/or boycott this lame card.

Also funny how the other commercials showtime has are just Lamont Peterson and Garcia highlights... NOWHERE Do they show Salka. EOF

Take Danny Garcia's name out of the picture for a second. Now just put "Championship Bout". Do you really think this guy has to skills and experience to be fighting for a Championship Title in 2 days?

Watching this round he was open for LEFT HOOKS all night.. He was squared up, he is slow blocking his body after throwing a punch.. Basically like someone mentioned on YouTube... "This guy fights like he's been doing it for only 1 year".

LOL ya that's sad they misspell someone's name in a "Championship Fight"... I forgot to mention the misspelling is at 3:08 of the video.

Look at the video. Salka is wide open to be countered, and he constantly drops his right hand. A Garcia left hook will knock him out.

He's gonna knock Danny for sure. If this fight makes it to the fifth round with Danny still standing, that'd be surprising.

Lets all hope that moving up in weight brings this guy some unexpected punching power so he can make this fight interesting. If Garcia struggles with Salka expect a plethora of excuses. After the Herrera fight it wouldn't surprise me to see Garcia not look impressive in this fight if Salka stays out of danger for the first six rounds and can manage to steal a round or two before the halfway point. That rehydration Danny does gasses him out in the second half of fights.
