Algieri is a good boxer but he doesn't have the speed, power or defense needed to avoid taking a beating over the course of the fight.

Your wrong my friend. Roach is one of the few trainers that do get input into who fights their. Guy. Roach always says pac must get a ko or he will ko this guy, what ever roach. Its been 5 years since pac had a ko. This guy was cherry picked for this reason. This is the 2nd straight time a man is moving up in weight to fight pac. This is way past pathetic. Pac should fight a decent welterweight insted of these make me pretty fights.

Honestly, I can't buy into Pacquiao KO'ing ANYONE anymore at this point in his career.
Pacquiao has become so religious, I believe he's not into KO'ing anyone. He'll happily settle with a decision these days.
Were going to have to start referring to Pacquiao as Post-Cotto Pac and Pre-Cotto Pac because that sums him up. Pre-Cotto Pac was an absolute animal. Vicious and unrelentless. Post-Cotto Pac has been showing mercy and being completely cool with coasting himself to 12 round decisions.
With that said, he will most definitely not KO Algieri as I think Pac will have no ill feelings towards Algieri being a college clean cut kid and prefer to not wreck him and just let him go 12 rds to potentially continue his career after Pac.
Now if Pac loses to Algieri, please hang up the gloves...

Roach is as big, or maybe even a bigger attention wh0re than Broner. The biggest difference being Roach is more annoying. Because at least when AB underperforms, he admits it and moves on. Meanwhile, Roach takes about 95% of the credit when one of his fighters loses. ActIng like he could have run Glass Joe out there and got a similar result. And takes 0% of the blame when they lose. Usually citing that they didn't follow his masterplan or didn't listen to him in camp. I agree with very little Floyd Sr says. But coin'n this clown Freddie "The Joke Coach" Roach couldn't be more accurate.

man im a pac fan but lets just keep it real for a sec... pac aint knocking anyone out lately and thats not because of his new religion or that he found god. pac aint knocking fools out because pac aint the same anymore and manny's opponents is fighting him more cautious now instead of trying to bully him around like before.

And rightly so. Floyd proclaimed himself TBE, didn't he? Then fight the best.

Thank you for clarifying to others what I have posted a few times before. Trainers do not pick or negotiate the fights. They can be consulted but they are NOT the button pushers.
