Big ups for Marquez for not being bias and not hating his long time rival. But I don't think Manny Pacquiao can win by knockout. Manny cannot KO/TKO opponents way taller than him. It's going to be another Brandon Rios vs Manny Pacquiao type fight.

The only way I see this fight going the full 12, is if Mannys offensive dynamics are just completely gone.

Really nothing here that Manny hasn't seen before.

If it isn't over by say round 9, then I'd say Pac might be in trouble against just about any of the legit guys at '47.

I'm not saying it should be easy.

But he should put Algieri away pretty emphatically.

He's supposed to win this fight but it'll be harder than people expect it to be. This isn't exactly a style that bodes well for pacquaio given the height and reach advantages. Chris maybe just maybe makes him look old in the fight. Pacquaio gets the win based on his resume and his skillset but i'm shocked they picked this guy as the opponent.

Algeri eeks it out ... Mayweathers "announcement" is that he's fighting pacquiao (coming off the Algeri loss) in May.. Bradley fights Algeri, beats him ... Pacquiao vs Bradley 3 after Mayweather beats pacquiao

^^^^ my prediction for the next 1-2 years ...

Let me preface this by saying I'm not defending this fight. Certainly not as a PPV fight. It's a trash PPV fight that should in reality be on regular subscription HBO and it'll get like 11 PPV buys total.

But Algieri isn't a bum. He's a young, unbeaten, rangy guy with well above average boxing ability. Of course Pacquiao *should* win, but Algieri should not be slept on.

The only thing that we all don't know is, can Pac get himself motivated enough to do what he's supposed to do. Which is get a impressive win.
Guess I'll find out from NSB, stream it if I'm off. Ain't paying for that crap.

This is going to be a decision, watch Manny chase all night but still win comfortably on points.

He has supposed to be going to KO everybody he fights , he has supposed to have been in the best camps of his career , the thing that stands out in all this Manny the destroyer routine is that as soon as fighters come not drained but strong the stoppages stopped , Algieri is not in this class I think Manny will get his first stoppage that he is supposed to get ,, thats got to be worth a special belt .
