Algeri or Amir Khan?
Amir Khan claims Pacquiao and his team wanted no part to him and refused to even begin negotiations to fight him. Is Pacquiao or maybe Roach avoiding Khan? I know if this happened with other fighters they would be quick to get the "duck" label, but we're talking about Manny here so that wouldn't be the case.
It should also be noted that Khan claimed to have dropped Manny in sparring, he's mentioned this on twitter on a couple occasions. No one knows the severity of it though, but Manny was dropped so it's safe to say he was hurt by Khan.
There's no doubt in my mind the Khan fight would have proven more than fighting an unknown ESPN level fighter who is being forced up in weight. Why do you think Team Pac refused to negotiate for a Khan fight? Are they avoiding Khan?

Khan says he told Golden Boy Promotions, and his adviser Al Haymon, that he's open to the idea of facing Pacquiao, but his team never received a response on the fight.
"The Manny fight can still happen at some point,” Khan told The Guardian. “My promoters, Golden Boy, and Bob Arum are about to start working together again. Me and Manny sparred a lot, and I often went with him to the Philippines, so it would make a great fight. I’ve left it with my team and my adviser Al Haymon and I told them: ‘I like the Manny fight.’ But we’ve had no response."
