Hopkins is on HGH that's for sure, Sorry I was an athlete amateur boxer and I work out today at 48 but theres no way in hell can I train like I did when i was in my 20's unless I took Roids, HGH or A-Side meth sorry Bernard your tendons and Joints are not superior to mine unless your from Mars or taking something sorry Low Iq's the body doesn't work like that but of course some 20 year old will say other wise.
