They cut Khan articles into a thousand smaller articles because they know the attention he garners from people on here.

You are right, they likely will fight him down the road. I think most posters, except maybe the British boxing fans who have a convoluted sense of their home country fighters, just want to see Khan earn a fight with one of them by beating one of the top ww's.

Khan beats the porter/brook winner or Thurman in December no one could honestly complain he didn't earn it.
That's not technically true. Manny fought guys before coming off an L lol so the comment about khan needs to go out and prove himself first is not the reason why both Floyd and PAC won't fight him yet. For example if Floyd fight khan now and loses then his next fight will prolly not do well and the same goes for PAC but if Floyd and PAC continue to fight other fighters and loses or what not then they fight khan the fight will still do a lot better than if they were to fight khan now and loses then they will put their next fight in jeopardy. I don't even know if that makes any sense lol. Khan is the gatekeeper for Floyd and PAC to fall back on when the time is right.

I don't think fans have as much respect for khan outside of England. I'd watch either fight but I'd prefer Khan to at least have beaten a credible ww at ww. He's going about getting the fight in a way fans clearly don't respect.

Khan hasn't done anything to earn a shot at the two biggest moneymakers in boxing. He holds no championship belt, lost half of the fights he fought at 140 and has only fought once at 147. He needs to beat a quality opponent to earn a shot at the top two. He seems to think he is entitled.

On another note, Khan will never get a shot at an Arum-owned (not a typo) fitghter as long as he is associated with Al Haymon, so he can forget about a fight with Pacquaio or anyone else in Arum's stable.

Too bad for Khan. He has crystal chin and would be knocked out easily by Pacquiao.

                  The Answer

I think that means they are not interested in fighting Con.

Exactly - Khans last 3 opponent's indicate he has found his level within the division.

He just isn't that relevant anymore, despite his ridiculous hype.

Khan wants to only take the biggest fights not just for the big payday. He knows that virtually any WW fight is dangerous for him, because he has the chin of a small child. Since suffering a KO would knock him way back down the ladder, he is only willing to take the risk in a mega fight with either Pacquiao or Mayweather.
