reyes makes a hell of a boxing glove. i didn't use reyes because they were expensive. they're great, great gloves. they're hard on your sparring partners, doe




see the "MX" on cotto's glove, near the thumb? that's a horsehair everlast MX glove, the same glove chino wasn't allowed to use. the only difference is that cotto was fighting at 154, and used 10 oz.



cotto used everlast MX against floyd mayweather.
he has no issues with fighting most guys with everlast MX gloves. he wanted to make sure chino maidana wasn't in the glove he wanted, and it was to get an advantage in teh fight.
