Don't see how turning down Bradley relates to anything? He had the Alexander fight on the cards and would have lost his IBF ranking. Also, the story comes directly from Amir Khan, no one knows the situation at all.

Well I spoke to Adnan Amar another one of Kells sparring partners the other day, he believes Kell has KO power in both hands, out of the people I have spoken to he's the guy who has shared the ring with him.
Others have just said he doesn't necessarily hit as hard as people claim.

A mandatory shot means no options. Brook is free to do what he wants if he beats Porter.
