I haven't seen much tape of Kovalev, but from what i've seen his offense isn't very dynamic. You need to mix it up to catch bernard.

There are few boxers that are as adept at controlling range than hopkins. Wlad and Rigo are two others. Hopkins is not just going to let Kovalez get into punching range.
