To me, the only thing that makes the most sense right now is Rios-Chaves II.

as entertaining as all those fights would be, I don't give Rios, whom I am a big fan of, much of a chance to beat those guys, even Alvarado, at this point in his career. I say that out of respect for Rios because he has had a hard schedule of fights his whole career, kind of like a mini Froch, but not as many big names as Froch, but just as tough of opponents though.
I do believe before Rios takes on any of those three named in the article, he should have an actual tune up fight, and get some momentum back on his side, to help carry him back into a big fight. t's a tough spot to come from where he's coming from, and to take on such tough guys, now you're just abusing the guy off of his past laurels, which is a hard psychological road for him to go down...
one or two good old school Rios coming up type fights would get the Rios express back on track for anyone in his division, but as of now, it's picking on a guy who isn't at his best, and it'd be a good move for the other fighters to take him on, but not good for Rios to fight any of them in his next fight.

I'd put points on him against any of them.

Bradley, Provo are all news names for Rios.
Personally I think he has unfinished business with Chaves
