I wouldn't put it past Hopkins to pull some BS like that.

Its a good fight and will make B hop the fighter of the century if he wins.

I am leaning toward B hop, seeing Kovalev tense up a lot and get hit with his hands down and dropped, B hop hits harder than Caparello, B hop can crack when he wants too and he likes to do sneak shots catching you off guard.

Only downside is Hopkins flops a lot when in trouble. So we don't know what will happen and he fights dirty.

Kovalev should be embarrassed if he gets stopped by B-Hop. If anyone is getting stopped, it's B-Hop due to a body shot.

I'm not sold on Kovalev's chin, I think it's shaky. Same thing with his stamina, if the fight goes past round 6, Hopkins will stop Kovalev somewhere beetwen rounds 9-12. We can bet if you want

Caparello stepped on his foot. Thats why he got "knocked down"

That was a trip. Shouldn't of even been scored a KD, IMO.

It would of happened to anybody, Manny, Floyd, Wlad, etc

kovalev is my fav fighter but i think this prediction could be true.

                  50/50

Tough one to pick, B-Hop is 50 so I would figure Father Time is coming for him soon, if it just so happen to be this fight then he probably takes a beating a losing by Decision. I would say he gets KO by Kovalev but B-Hop is very clever, he knows how to kinda disrupt his opponents offense and power to avoiding taking much punishment so it is hard to KO or even Knock Down B-Hop because of that. TKO might be Possible with the Ref or his Corner saving him from himself if things go bad.

However if B-Hop still has something left in the tank, then he could pick Kovalev apart and use the clinches and his cleverness inside to not only disrupt Kovalev Offense but take away his Power. If he still can do that then I think B-Hop can get the Decision comfortably.

So IMO it is truly a 50/50 Fight!

I think Hopkins will use all his cagey skills to nullify Kovalev's power to some extent and win a decision.
