What a waste of our time. These Hugging clinchers should only be aloud to fight other clinchers on the Weather Chanel where no one gives a f@k about their profesional abilities to put their hands around another man.

    What a disgrace.

Rios was clinching a little too, more-so to stop Chaves from circling away. Vargas/Novikov only had a few in the entire fight. In the main event, there wasn't a round where they didn't clinch. The opener was more entertaining than the main event, and they couldn't punch for shit!

TS... how would you deal with a person leading head 1st throwing looping garbage? Are headbutts ok but not clinches?

this is why ward/wlad have zero memorable fights. they are all garbage clinchfests or boxing masterclasses according to floyd fans.

What fight were you watching. Chaves clinched nearly every time RIos took a step forward. Chaves has a good inside game too, but his clinches ruined the fight, i wanted see skill in the trenches, all we got was some dude holding. Wasted everyones time.

I can remember instances where Chaves would try to spin away and Rios would grab him to prevent him from doing so. I don't have a problem with that because that's part of in-fighting. Chaves was holding so the ref could reset them.
