You can say JMM doesn't have 4 but he beat Pacquiao when Pacquiao should've still been champion. JMM was the legitimate 147 WBO champion imo. That makes four even if you don't give him credit for the 140 belt.

Cotto would maul the undersized jmm... Marquez is way too easy to hit, and doesnt have the movement to avoid cotto.. I think it would look like cotto-serg.. Marquez would have the heart of a warrior, but if diaz, katsidis, etc were able to land on him and rock, i think cotto would just overwhelm jmm, especially at 40 years old... Marquez would need some fantastic PEDs to survive a cotto showdown, especially at any weight over 147
