    Mike Perez beat Jennings

HBO commentary was terrible, Lampley in particular while every so often Kellerman would tell the truth about Perez having the better of it but nowhere near where he should have been. The replays were all of Jennings landing shots between rounds meanwhile the action in the ring was Perez clowning Jennings.

This was an 8-4 kind of fight and rounds Jennings "won" he barely did by the skin of his teeth. I think I had Perez winning 6 rounds by the 8th meaning he was good for a draw with 4 to go.

No one seemed to want to say anything because their homeboy won, but Perez took that even with the ref deduction. It was a gift as far as I'm concerned and to me, Bryant's 0 is no longer legit.

I think Jennings was awarded some rounds based on activity. To me, Perez was far and away the better fighter. He just needed to be busier.

I was rooting for Perez and I feel bad for him that the point taken away is what decided the fight.

I didn't think Dock should of taken it. The funny thing is......literally like 20 seconds before that, the guy sitting right behind me and the guy next to me were saying how they like Harvey Dock and think he's a good referee, (they were rooting for Jennings) I agreed. Then he took the point away and they were kind of pissed lol

I thought Perez would win this fight but I honestly thought Jennings won a narrow decision even without the point deduction.

Perez pulled a Lara. He shot himself in the foot.

Throwing kisses at your opponent every time you get popped good only enlightens the fact that you just got popped....there was a lot of ridiculous kisses and nodding.

Jennings won me over, he slowly exposes weaknesses and surprisingly looked like more of the professional.

Aside from that, Booth was not good with his corner instructions.

Perez didn't really seem to grasp what he was saying and the only success Jennings was having was on the inside when they exchanged yet Booth didn't have the gumption to tell Perez to stay on the outside where he was easily dominating.

That allowed Jennnings to create the veil of making it "close" even though personally I think it was "close but very clear" in Perez's favour as opposed to razor tight. You're really giving Jennings absolutely everything if you had him winning imo.

                  100 % agree.

I was rooting for Mike but picked Jennings by decision, but he looked really bad in there.

Perez has looked bad since the Magomed fight. I hope he can regroup and get his groove back again. He is only 28 after all.
