            Well GGG did offer to fight anyone at 154-168 so......

            GGG would smash Cotto at 154, that would scare PBF back to 147.

                    But when you're the lineal MW champ, you somewhat have an obligation to fight someone like GGG at 160. It's not the same for Floyd who has never ventured up that far. Cotto became the man at MW, so now he stays there and defends it as the man.
