At his age its not very realistic, I dont think his body would hold up as the "Pro Wrestling" schedule is very hectic combined with non stop travelling.

If he's in that bad of shape, maybe he should just sit in a chair all day.
There are lots of old washed up wrestlers that still tour around and make money. I'm just saying it's probably a better option for him that pretending to be a heavyweight contender and possibly getting damaged further. Plus, wrestling typically is built on more made up drama than boxing.
