He showed flashes in the later rounds against Froch but mostly acted like a b1tch.

Dirrell would tear Love's ass up six days a week and twice on Sundays, sparring or no sparring.

I know how good he is, I believe he trained here in Florida for a while because I have seen him spar twice in person now.

SMH, it's sad to see fans that know nothing about sparring or fighting take joy in this. It's sparring, you have good days, and bad days. Dirrell is bigger and stronger than Love and that was a good session for both.

That's why you spar in 16oz gloves and that's where you learn your craft and build toughness. Good sparring from both guys.

I fight and I've sparred countless times.

I never said Love wasn't having a bad day, I said he got done up, which he did.

And they both walk around the same weight so don't give me that.
