There are other big names out their for GGG to fight but instead they focus on 5 foot 7 Miguel Cotto.

What is GGG supposed to do if these guys won't fight him? How do you build your brand if the stars want no part of you? I'm pretty sure Canelo would fight him late next year after a Cotto megafight. Canelo has yet to duck anyone. Would it mean anything if GGG now fought Martinez and demolished him? Of course not. Quillen wants no part of GGG unless he gets retirement money. There's nobody but Ward or Chavez to fight. One brings money, the other who is possibly the best boxer in the sport, brings none. Tough road ahead for GGG.

Team GGG should have kept mouth shut and enjoyed big victory.

Now hes become "doesnt make financial sense" joke.

Esp. since that's the reason they gave for not fighting Ward.

He may not be able to force him but i'm sure the paying public can. Just like we forced Broner to face a legit opponent at last, just like we are dismantling the Garcia brand too. Bet you if the public turns on miguel he'd have no choice, same for Quillin (who got so smashed on twitter over ducking he ran to instagram almost exclusively now). Oh and don't give me the miguel deserves a payday either, he got a shot at a title without even deserving it but he deserves a tune up? FOH.

I would be happy to Pay 70 bucks for GGG vs Cotto !!!!!

I won't be buying the Jr vs Maidana fight.

Won't be buying the Pac fight ,,,,,maybe hahahah

Funny because it's been documented that HBO was interested in making the fight and Andre wasn't happy with money.....which is why the response you folks are running around here came from "Not yet ready" because clearly Andre won't fight for peanuts...like Ward is going to take the same amount of money he makes fighting a guy like Rodgriguez to fight GGG

Oh here we go, funny GGG is the same size as sergio but you had no problem with Cotto fighting him...so what you are admitting is Miguel bought himself a belt against a guy on a 13 month layoff.

Oh get the **** outta here with that size ****. If he was so small he shouldn't keep moving up. But he's got the skills to negate any height difference. And he's the 3rd or 4th biggest draw so I don't see why he wouldn't want him especially since he's lineal MW champion. Dip****.
