Loma was previously offered a fight with rigo and turned it down. If his team says they want the toughest fights, then rigo should be next.

Source? All I remember is Loma being asked about the fight by a reporter and saying something like he respects Rigo and is in no rush to fight him. As far as I know there was no concrete offer.

Why even mention Loma alongside Rigo?
