Like I said before I'm a GGg fan and agree he's #1 in the div and not saying he can't box look at his amateur record obviously he brings more to the table then just power. I don't know how you can be a boxing fan and not like GGg
What I'm saying no body knew who he was while he was dominating in Germany he was just another name. HBO saw a fighter that they could promote with his devestating power and in my opinion skin color. Who had he fought before Proska any former World champs or contenders? Most unheard of international fighters debuting on HBO are the underdog GGG wasn't he was getting prime time fight slots and he's fighting birderline journeymen who most people never heard of. he was supposed to look good and he delivered , props to him.
GGGs wins have been more entertaining all by devastating power but impressive not in my opinion. I think it's more impressive to actually beat former World champs future hall of famers and top guys in the division. to each their own I guess.
Danny's resume absolutly sh.it.s on GGG and he's Younger he's been fighting threats since he was 21-22 to prove his worth . He had to beat top guys in his division to earn top billing GGGs been gifted that opportunity in my opinion.
And I agree the Salka fighs a big healing pile of old dog Sh.it but I'm giving Garcia the benifit of the doubt that this fight is happening because Haymons trying to run out his contract with GB with easy fights glorified sparring sessions
And I'm not saying if your American you can't s.h.it on American fighters but it seems that American boxing fans don't respect their fighters and act like crabs looking for any reason to hate their own. No other nationality does that to their fighters. U.k, Mexico, Ricans, Cubans , Philipinos for the most part support their own like it should be. I'm not even American so I don't need to pump their tires I really don't give a f.uc.k . It's just weird almost any sport or aspect of life Americans get dissed for d.ic.k riding their country too much but in boxing it's the opposite.
